Announcing THE JEWISH EYE 5782/2022 Calendar of Art
Dear Readers,
I'm pleased to announce the publication of my new calendar The Jewish Eye 5782/2022 Calendar of Art – now in its seventh year! (If you have purchased calendars from me in the past, you may have received a separate announcement via email – I apologize for the redundancy.)
The calendar is available in my webstore and on Amazon. The price is $18.
As always, the calendar is 11" wide by 8.5" high (11"x17" when open), and goes from September 2021 through September 2022. This year features thirteen new paintings, reflecting new influences and innovations in my art – including two works inspired by an excellent course in Italian Renaissance Art that I took at Empire State College last fall; one piece inspired by the pandemic; musings on stories from Genesis and Exodus; reflections on the Hebrew alphabet; and more.
As always, my captions are lightly educational, add meaning to the images, and will be augmented online by posts in this blog over the next few months.
You can view the entire calendar here. Please take a look!
If you want to support my art, please consider purchasing this calendar for yourself, a friend, or a relative. It makes a great gift. You don't have to be Jewish to enjoy these images! If you order directly from my webstore, I earn a lot more, as Amazon takes a big cut. Buy two or more calendars from my webstore, and I'll send you a complementary Shana Tova (Happy New Year in Hebrew) card – with pleasure. This image was on the cover of my very first calendar.
If you do order from Amazon, please consider writing a review!
I have an extremely limited publicity budget, so please help me by forwarding this email to anyone you know who might be interested in my art. Thank you so much!
kind regards to all,
Yael
